Madi's favorite color

Madi has thrush on her tongue, so the doctor treated her with gentian violet. It turned her whole mouth purple for 3 days.

Got Milk?

The freezerator is now full. Mom has resorted to giving her milk to moms in need of breastmilk to make more room.

Four Generations

Great-Grandma Sumikawa will be 97 years old this year. Madi is her 8th great-grand child.

Road Trip

Honey: Where do you think we're going?
Madi: Hmmmmm.....

Madi: We must be going to LA to visit Grandma and Grandpa!

My Buddy

Madison no longer needs supplemental oxygen - day or night. She now has the freedom to roam around the house without being tethered to an oxygen tank. Honey doesn't mind sharing her spot on the couch with Madi.

It's not you, it's me

Although Madison usually cooperates with the obligatory photo op with visitors, she wouldn't crack a smile for Auntie Melody. To Melody's credit, Mom kept handing Madi off when she was grumpy. Hope Mel didn't get traumatized by the projectile vomit and noisy poops during the weekend.

Madi's Room

Mom and Dad finished decorating Madi's room. Mom stenciled the design on the wall while Dad hooked up the entertainment system.

The Fourth Trimester

Mom didn't get to experience the last trimester of pregnancy so she likes to wear Madi around the house whenever Madi will cooperate.

Weeeeee!!!!!

Is this swing supposed to move this fast? This is the slowest of the 6 speed settings but Madi seems to enjoy it.

Caution: Do not place infant in swing on a full stomach. Projectile vomit may occur.

Madi's newest friend, Sofia, was born on 6/20/07. Too bad Madi slept through their first playdate.
